Wheel availability, specification, finishes and lead times are confirmed in writing by our team following an enquiry. Images are indicative; finished wheels are built to the specification agreed with you.

Incurve and Incurve Wheels are trademarks of their respective owner. All other marque names are used for identification purposes only.

Warranty

Incurve Forged Wheels carry a 3-year warranty on factory finishes, excluding chrome finishes. Our finish warranty covers peeling and fading. The warranty does not cover damage caused by stone chips, kerb rash, abrasive cleaning tools, automatic or hand car washes, improper use of chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

Please contact us for guidance on the correct care and maintenance of your new forged wheels.

Incurve Forged Wheels also carry a limited lifetime structural warranty. The structural warranty applies to the centre section of multi-piece wheels and the spokes of one-piece wheels. The inner and outer sections of multi-piece wheels are not covered under the lifetime structural warranty.

The structural warranty is void if:

• The wheels have been refinished outside of our authorised facility.
• The wheels have suffered driving-related damage, including damage caused by hitting potholes.
• Incorrect or unsuitable tyre sizes have been fitted.
• The wheels have been re-drilled.
• The wheels have been used on a track, drag strip or road course without prior notification and approval.
• A multi-piece wheel has been disassembled outside of our authorised facility.
• The wheels have otherwise been modified or altered without prior authorisation.

Should a warranty issue arise, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the wheels to our facility.

All wheels must be securely and appropriately packaged for transportation. We cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs during the return shipping process as a result of inadequate or improper packaging.

Prior to returning any wheels for a warranty claim, you must contact us and obtain warranty authorisation. Photographs of the wheels and the relevant damage will be required before the claim can be assessed.

Once the wheels have been received and inspected, if the issue is determined to be a valid warranty claim, we will repair or rectify the item at no cost to the purchaser and return the wheels once the work has been completed.

If the issue is determined not to be covered by the warranty, or is found to have resulted from circumstances outside our responsibility, the purchaser will be responsible for all associated repair and return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any costs associated with the removal or refitting of tyres. We only accept warranty returns of wheels with the tyres removed.

We strongly recommend retaining your original/OEM wheels and tyres in the event that your forged wheels require inspection, repair or warranty work. We will not be responsible for any vehicle, wheel or tyre storage costs incurred during this process.

The warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product and proof of purchase or a valid sales receipt may be required. Wheels must have been purchased through an authorised Incurve Wheels retailer or distributor.

If you intend to use Incurve Forged Wheels on a track, please notify your sales representative before placing your order.

Return policy / production times / finishing

Incurve Forged Wheels are 100% made-to-order. Each set is manufactured specifically to the customer’s requirements, including finish, colour, size, width, offset and vehicle-specific fitment.

Our wheels are not off-the-shelf products and are manufactured specifically for the vehicle for which they are ordered.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable and, by placing an order, the customer enters into a binding agreement with our company.

A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due within 3 business days of completion of the order.

If the final balance is not received within this period, the customer may be responsible for storage charges. In certain circumstances, failure to make final payment may result in the loss of the deposit and/or the order being resold to recover outstanding amounts.

Incurve Forged Wheels are individually manufactured and bespoke in nature. Production can therefore take an extended period of time.

At the time of ordering, we will provide an estimated production timeframe. However, standard production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you require your wheels by a specific date, guaranteed production times may be available for an additional charge. Please speak to your sales representative for further information and availability.

We strongly recommend retaining your original/OEM wheels and tyres should your forged wheels ever require repair, inspection or warranty work.

Finishes and colour variations

Product photographs may be digitally edited or photographed under different lighting conditions, which may result in slight variations in the appearance or shade of certain colours.

We are happy to provide professional recommendations regarding finishes and colours; however, no guarantee can be given that a photographed or displayed colour will appear exactly the same in person.

Wheels cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded solely because the purchaser does not like the appearance of the selected colour or finish.

Translucent finishes can vary slightly from one set to another. These finishes are particularly difficult to photograph accurately, and therefore no guarantee is given regarding the exact shade, tone or appearance of a translucent finish.

The same applies to replacement wheels manufactured with translucent finishes, where slight colour variations may occur.

Bespoke forged wheel orders

No returns, exchanges or refunds are available on bespoke forged wheel builds.

Wheel fitment / tyres / mounting

Incurve Forged Wheels are 100% made-to-order, vehicle-specific wheels.

A wide range of options are available when placing an order, allowing each set to be individually specified to suit the customer’s vehicle and requirements.

Our engineering team maintains a database of recommended fitments for a wide range of vehicles. Unless alternative specifications are specifically requested and agreed, your wheels will generally be manufactured using our recommended vehicle-specific specifications.

Wheel fitment can be a matter of personal preference. We understand that some customers may wish to run a more aggressive fitment than our standard recommended specification.

We are happy to manufacture wheels using customer-provided specifications where technically possible. However, if customer-specified fitment dimensions are used, fitment cannot be guaranteed, and the customer accepts responsibility for any resulting fitment issues.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Tyre sizing
• Wheel width
• Offset
• Clearance
• Body modifications
• Wheel arch modifications
• Suspension modifications
• Brake clearance
• Steering clearance
• Inner and outer wheel clearance

We strongly recommend using an experienced specialist wheel and tyre centre with proven experience in fitting bespoke and forged wheels.

Inexperienced tyre fitting centres may not have the appropriate equipment or expertise required to correctly mount tyres to forged wheels and may cause damage during installation.

Incurve Wheels accepts no responsibility for damage caused during the tyre mounting or fitting process.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Scratches or damage to the inner or outer sections of multi-piece wheels
• Damage to the wheel finish
• Damage caused by inappropriate fitting equipment
• Damage to the wheel during tyre installation
• Damage to the seal of a multi-piece wheel during installation

All wheels are inspected and tested for potential air leakage before leaving our facility.

Fitment must be checked before tyre mounting

The purchaser must confirm all wheel specifications and vehicle fitment details before tyres are mounted.

Any discrepancy, issue or concern regarding the wheel specification must be reported before tyres are fitted.

Once tyres have been mounted, the wheels will be considered used and ownership will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser.

After tyres have been mounted, the wheels will not be eligible for a warranty exchange based on fitment, specification or ordering discrepancies.

Wheel nuts / bolts

Appropriate aftermarket wheel nuts or bolts are recommended when using aftermarket wheels.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the correct wheel nuts, bolts, thread type, seat type and specifications are used for the vehicle and wheels.

Incurve Wheels accepts no responsibility for damage caused by the use of incorrect, unsuitable or improperly fitted wheel nuts or bolts.

Wheel nuts and bolts are not included with the order unless specifically stated otherwise.

Tyre sizing

Stretched tyres can leave a wheel more vulnerable to damage during normal road use compared with a correctly sized tyre.

Vehicles fitted with unsuitable or incorrectly sized tyres may be more susceptible to:

• Kerb damage
• Wheel bending
• Wheel cracking
• Tyre damage
• Reduced protection of the wheel rim

While certain aggressive fitments may create a particular visual appearance, they may not be recommended for normal daily road use and may require significant vehicle modifications to achieve the required clearance.

If you choose to use tyres that are not appropriately sized for the wheel or vehicle, any structural warranty may be void.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the chosen tyre size is appropriate for the vehicle, wheel specification and intended use.

Shipping — 1-piece & 2-piece forged wheels

One-piece and two-piece forged wheels are shipped via air freight on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, directly from the manufacturing facility overseas.

Important shipping information

Air Freight DDP typically takes approximately 10–17 days for delivery.

The shipping process generally includes:

• Air freight from the manufacturing facility
• Customs clearance
• Ground transportation to the final destination

Tracking information will generally only become available once the shipment reaches the ground transportation stage.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including airline schedules, customs clearance, weather, transportation delays or other logistical issues.

Damaged goods

If a product arrives damaged, the purchaser must provide clear and detailed photographs of both the packaging and the damaged wheel/product as soon as possible.

Photographs should clearly show:

• The outer packaging
• Any visible damage to the packaging
• Internal packaging
• The wheel
• The specific area of damage
• The wheel packaging label, where applicable

Incurve Wheels will assess the claim once the required evidence has been provided.

Incurve Wheels will not replace damaged products until the relevant shipping or damage claim has been properly assessed and approved.

Customs, import duties and taxes

Shipping charges do not necessarily include local customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other government charges unless specifically confirmed as included in the agreed delivery terms.

Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import requirements, duties, taxes and charges in their country before placing an order.

Please contact your local customs or tax authority for further information regarding potential import charges.

Important

By placing an order for Incurve Forged Wheels, the purchaser confirms that they have read and understood the applicable warranty, returns, production, finishing, fitment, tyre mounting and shipping conditions.

Because all Incurve Forged Wheels are bespoke and made-to-order, customers should ensure that all vehicle, fitment, sizing, finish and specification requirements are confirmed before production begins.
